Marriage
Our marriage last September was one of our best days in life until now. We have so many photos of this special day and we are still sorting them all out.

Start to Run
A few weeks ago Nickey, S
uzanne and I started with a running course. A few years have passed since I really did something condition wise… yes, I dive, but that’s only intensive when you need to walk with the diving gear (or have to do some deco stops on a line in a strong current).
The Start to Run course has been set up for beginning runners and trains to run 3 kilometers. Last weekend we had to do the final test. Could we really run 3 kilometers in one go?
Final answer… yes, we did, we all three finished the 3 kilometer run in good times (all personal records). My final time 19 minutes and 44 seconds.
Now for another challenge… 5 kilometers. Don’t know exactly when, but the idea is there, now I just have to do it.
